It's tough to be Swiss these days. Today, UBS announced another $12b loss, $19b in write-downs, and the stepping down of its Chairman of the Board, Marcel Ospel.
So now, ladies and gentlemen, a brief (wholly inaccurate) history of UBS Musical Chairs.
Ospel when he joined UBS as Chairman.
Ospel when he looked at the UBS Fixed Income / Leveraged Loan books.
Ospel at a UBS Board meeting--note the diversity!
Ospel kills Wuffli as CEO to save his own skin.
Ospel feels good about himself, and tells the world UBS will need no more capital infusions.
Bork Ospel gets the boot, but not before taking home some decent coin donuts!

Someone take the keys away please...
I am feeling like doing a drive by (via shorting) the Biatch Banks... After yesterdays beating and near robbery of my lively hood... the Idiot in me wants to see some of my missing scratch returned...
I am thinking its time to go forth into the Banking District and raise a little ruckus... leave my mark... paint the town red... make some quick "short" withdrawals...
Just tagged BoNY... I got a boner for BoNY at the moment... Their put volume increased today and a large % break down in its equity prices is hinting at some kind of turd deposit in their vaults...
Anyone else out there as stupid as I am currently?

I am glad it was appropriately punished. I don't work in a big agency, i am an independent, so I don't have any insight into how agencies bill, but I know how I do it, and there is no padding there, so for others to muddy that up is pretty irritating indee
